The Tomas Gonda Award from Design and Social Responsibility, RISD, 2001
For excellence in responsible graphic design with regard to critical social issues and social justice.
Awarded by the faculty of the department of graphic design. My thesis project will be included in a
publication produced and distributed by the RISD Graphic Design department. The publication will
promote and publicize student work in areas of design that relate to social responsibility.

The Rhode Island Holocaust Museum Memorial Wall, 2000
My proposal for The Rhode Island Holocaust Memorial Museum Memorial Wall was selected in
state-wide competition. Juried by the Board of Directors for the Holocaust Museum. I collaborated
with Cheryl Hanba, RISD MFA '00 on the design. The project is currently on hold.
